Best match for watt puppy system 8?

Hello there,
I was just wondering which power amps would be a best match for w/p 8s?
I have already seen AR and pass labs would be a great match.
I am not a tube guy and will not be willing to empty my bank balance!
I was also thinking about McIntosh mc1000
Would be appreciated if any one can give me a real experienced suggestion?

Lamm M1.2 Reference monos are one of the traditional pairings with the WP series. Levinson 3 series too.

When I had mine, I was using arc ref 210’s and sounded really good. A ref75se should also be more than adequate.

Compared to the various Sashas, W/P 8s has a stronger/more forward upper bass and mid bass.
I remember that at that time the best matching ss amps were from Spectral.

Thank you Nemal for your suggestion. The issue is that I not really into tube amps. And a bit biased toward SS. BTW, it is a chance to think about AR also.

If not tubes than I would go with a Pass Labs amp. The speaker is easy to drive and its obvious tubes were in mind when it was designed.

When I owned Watt/Puppy 7's I drove them with a Mark Levinson 335 stereo amplifier. I sold both to upgrade equipment. I have heard them on both tubes and solid state. They were really good sounding on the smaller VTL monoblocks. It has already been mentioned that most solid state amps will work. Good luck in your searching.

Dont cost a fortune as well .
AR sounds great to on wilson with the right power
