Way overpriced and retro technology.
We're in the 8K resolution now for the last couple years.
For a monitor PC screen 48" is about the correct size.

It might be 20 years before we see a lot 8K content from cable companies! It going to be 8 to 10 years before we see a lot of 4K content from cable companies.

We have YouTube videos in 8K, we have 8K cameras for photos and family video albums.
We don't need TV broadcast and Hollywood movies to enjoy 8K, we are free in our own turf, and nobody else.
