Boots

I waterproofed some Byron boots from Rancourt and have been wearing them through winter and cold months. They also have a storm welt. I like them quiet a bit but will say they are big with the blake storm welt. Today was cold so I had them in again. They’re a bit warm now though.

I tried some Thursday Scout’s for an office boot. I can’t image who they could possibly fit. One size you couldn’t tighten the shoe laces even with replaced long and strong ones. A size down was way too small... They’re a truly awful design, on a classic type of boot. They probably fit smaller feet ok. I might just go with a shoe for the office, since a lighter smaller boot seems complicated. Aldens, Rancourt, etc seem a little too logger for the office.
