That would be a major undertaking as the concrete is extreemly stong here....

I tried to mount a CRT PJ on the ceiling (i was succesfull in the end LOL) but i made a lot of holes..... This because my drills all melted by doing so....

The only other solution I had in mind - if you had a new floated wood floor with that underlay - you can get the military style EMI/RFI mesh by the metre. You could roll it out under the underlay - super thin. You then electrically ground it. It is used in military control rooms etc.

Yes, placing a grounded metal grid of some kind will eliminate a lot of noise (also good for all your friends with enoying sounds coming out of their mobile phones whenever they receive a message LOL)...

Ferrite is used in medical environments etc. as RF shielding...
