This was posted on another forum I belong to, and so far no one has been able to identify the singer of this classic. Any guesses as to who it is?

Not sure who this is I hear a bit of an asian accent , I like Mama Cass's version better have you heard it?

Mama Cass' version? Yes, I have. I like them both, plus other artists have done very nice interpretrations as well. I've youtube'd this, and googled, but so far no luck.

We've told the poster to contact the company....so far no reply.

Interestingly...there is more than one tune on the site...and all link back to some video site...i am sure there is someone either at the store or at the video site who can tell you who all the different artists are...seems to be 8 videos or something with different tunes.

I noticed that as well......would love to know the artist though....it really is a wonderful rendition.

Wow! Ted super sleuthed that one!

I should have asked "what do I win" before blurting out the answer. :(

Anyway, nice rendition, weird album cover. Nine year old release, and she's done little before or since. Hmmm

The sample of her rendition of Ben was very nice :)

Thanks Ted. I was about to say it was a studio musician. Hope she gets paid.
