I heard that the msrp is USD250k per pair.

LOL
And probably next year or so, we will see the first mono pairs to hit the one million price tag
Just laughable

Relentless is quite an apt moniker.

supposed to be 650b lbs and was really aimed to power the Wamm as stated by Bill Mckiegan

The large Boulder amps have been over $200 for a few years now. Crazy prices aren't new.

Sure looks good.

Agree on looks....much more integrated design than the Momentum. I still hate the meter. It would be great if it was optional

Kingsrule, I respectfully disagree.

All crazy pricey gear should have meters, with the needle traversing
“expensive” to “extravagant” to “sell your kidneys” to “sell your childrens’ kidneys“ to “sell your children”.

Just because Constellation Hercules II is 200K. (...)

Having listened more than once to the Hercules II /Altair II and the D'Agostino Momentum's combos in the same room with the same speakers I (and several others) could easily prefer the Constellation's. Probably this new amplifier will change things ...

I'm very disappointed in this model. I was hoping for my $250K that the chassis would be made from 24K gold. Dan surely must now that 24K gold conducts better than the steel shown.
Oh, forgot, Dan mentioned that his next model....the Ultra Relentless is going to be made of 24K gold. Priced at a measly $2Million. I may have to hold out for his last model...the Uber Ultra Relentless...
made with Diamonds and Platinum....expected price $30Million.:rolleyes:

Hmm, I have a premonition.

That this thread will go the way of all the others that feature uber pricey gear.

FWIW, does the big Wamm Chronosonic benefit from bi-amping?

If so, any customers buying a pr of Relentless monos?

Make that three prs to include powering the big Wilson subs.

FYI, the WAMM Master Chronosonic cannot be bi-amped.

Well, that saves me $250k.

But the big totl Wilson subs need amping.

So a couple of prs of Relentless seem mandatory.

Definitely 600 plus and a beast to move. The amp is gorgeous in person.
It certainly does drive the WAMM beautifully.

Hello Metaphacts,
I wonder whether this Relentless mono is 230/240V input.
If so, potential buyers need to get ready two such home powerlines first.

yes, maybe dan could do a collab on the front meter with hublot. with an accompanying timepiece sporting copper wristband.
they could also seek influence from the RM069 from the house of mille..
