Digital January issue of Absolute Sound

What a poor treatment to their sources of income. I wonder if Robert Haley is aware of causing this much trouble and ignoring subscribers. It is hard to understand. They made me stop reading the magazine and I will not read it.

Strongly urge you give them a call....the number is at the bottom of the page linked by Gerbie above. The woman on the phone was helpful but was also surprised when the digital site was no longer linkable on their main page.
my membership was reactivated although I have lost access to all prior issues that were available on the earlier site.

They are a disaster.
The Link wouln’t accept my Email address as a Subscriber (even though they SENT me the new advice to that Email address)....and they haven’t responded to my Email complaining about this...nor does Customer Service at TAS bother to answer separate Emails to them!
They owe me new editions in my subscription. I think I’ll open a PayPal dispute against them to get my payment back...
Their Magazine stinks anyway.....
I won’t renew....

When I first click on the link, I couldn't login with my NewsStand previous login info, then I emailed the Customer Service(just replied to the email) and she gave me a Texas area code and use the same link and able to create my new password and it worked. Fortunate, Oliver, the CS specialist is very patient and helpful to resolve my issue.
