Hello. Got no sound from these speakers... Right speaker - green power light is blinking. What to do?

What model of speaker? What is it connected to?

Why do they have lights? Are they self-powered speakers?
 
Edifier m3600d. Left speaker is connected to subwoofer with two line cables, right speaker cable is VGA cable. Power come from cable...
