Eye Candy

My dream TT aka the biggest reason to hate Stefano Pasini

I'm saving up for the EMT JPA-66. The best phono stage I've ever laid my grubby hands on.

Way too much for me. Perfect for the Moulin Rouge.

That TT looks like it was designed by a woman. Oh wait, it was. Tiffany meets analog.

And a damn bright one at that. She is, though now living in Holland, the Israeli equivalent of Enid Lumley. She's had many great insights into improving the sound of audio systems over the years.

It looks to femme to me though. Only guys who wear metrosexual "man" purses around their waist would own this damn thing. Count me out.

I can feel a line from The Hangover coming ;) ;) ;)

Levindesign Just Music 2 from Germany

Is it just my imagination but is the cartridge's zenith set correctly? Or is that a function of this arm's length?

Here are a few more

I bought mine because of its sound, but it is a nice looking table as well...at least for me. The Scheu Tacco arm bubinga wood finish brought it to another level.

My next table...hopefully by year end when released by Clearaudio. Master Innovation (spy pics):

So the pictures posted above in this thread are not of the Master Innovation according to the US distributor. It was a concept table clearaudio was showing off at the last Munich Hi-Fi show. The Master Innovation (prototype) was debuted this past weekend at a seattle dealer and will be at RMAF in October. The acrylic platter is the magnetic drive.

My modest yet extremely engaging, totally refurbished vintage altar.

Very cool! New side panels too :) Is that a J-corder deck?

Thanks! No,it's not from J-corder. This is one I came across in Europe, and which has been completely refurbished by a knowledgeable technician. In fact, all the units shown have had a complete rebuild, down to the turntable at the end. I have a Studer A80 being worked on now, which I'll use for playback of 2-track 15ips.
Here's a link to the work that was done on the turntable. I found the arm while surfing the net, it was in the Philippines. :)

(Barely visible, on top of the 1506, is my analogue remote for the unit, which I found on eBay-Germany).
