I bought mine because of its sound, but it is a nice looking table as well...at least for me. The Scheu Tacco arm bubinga wood finish brought it to another level.
So the pictures posted above in this thread are not of the Master Innovation according to the US distributor. It was a concept table clearaudio was showing off at the last Munich Hi-Fi show. The Master Innovation (prototype) was debuted this past weekend at a seattle dealer and will be at RMAF in October. The acrylic platter is the magnetic drive.

Thanks! No,it's not from J-corder. This is one I came across in Europe, and which has been completely refurbished by a knowledgeable technician. In fact, all the units shown have had a complete rebuild, down to the turntable at the end. I have a Studer A80 being worked on now, which I'll use for playback of 2-track 15ips.
