First Call For Third Annual RMAF Dinner

Maybe because Nick is a really nice guy too?

I sent Nick an email inviting him and Larry to our dinner but I did talk to Larry about it several months back and he couldn't come because of his room playing after hours music. I know where I'm headed after dinner

I think we are getting close to filling up the room now.

we are

My thought was to close it inasmuch as last year some guest were seated along the outside of the room away from the main table. It would be better IMO if we could all sit at the same table.

I will check tomorrow and see how many the main table seats

Count me in Steve.

Cheers

Add me + five others. That makes 36, if my addition is correct.

I am coming with Chris Kline of Tel Wire, Bryan Edewaard who designs Saskia controllers, and his brother. Colby Lamb who is Saskia's machinist and another WBF member will also come.

What time does the dinner start?

Small correction: Jonathan is with IPI (International Phonograph). He happens to have purchased a couple of iFi products from me, though. Good guy.

So we are now at 34 and the place can seat 38 but bear in mind that we were full house last year. The one complaint is that the main table might seat 22 and the remaining 16 would be at separate tables. This cannot be avoided based on our numbers

Things to remember.....

!. Everyone sit together with their guests and probably these parties should be seated at the tables adjoining the big one

2. Identify to your server who is in your party and tell her that you want a separate check for your party. This worked well last year as the restaurant will issue separate checks as long as the party sits together and they identify to their server who is in their party to issue a separate check. The restaurant can then figure appropriate gratuity on each check.

3. If we don't do individual checks then calculating who owes what, what their tax and gratuity is becomes very difficult so please sit accordingly

4. I thought a 6:30 arrival for a meet and greet followed by a 7:00 dinner and done by 9:00

Once again here is the venue. It is no more than a 10 minute drive from the Tech Center

would all those who have committed verify their intent once again as I will need to give a final tally count to the restaurant

I'm still in Steve.

Consider this confirmation :)
