Furutech Pure Power 6E NCF

I have watch the movie Justice League Version Zack Snider with the Furutech Pure Power 6E NCF.
Because I have Magnepan 3.7i, it seems I don't need Atmos loudspeaker...
Furutech Clear Line works well with the picture of the TV.
I can listen the sound at a very low level...The volume is setup at 32...
I always listen between 50 and 70 without the FPP6E...
It seems I have won some power...I say that, but the sensations are very strange : more accuracy, more analog sound with CD, better voice...strange to say that because it is the same CD...
I have my home theater with Magnepan LRS and CCR...but all are connected with Isotek Nova GII and Isotek Titan Evo 3...
The Magnepan 3.7i are the mains loudspeaker and they are drive by the Jeff Rowlad Model 625.
For the moment, I have connected the FPP6E only with the sources.

It seems better day after day.

Well, as a Furu fan, I appreciate every single post here... But then I will never understand how it is possible that for some people those Furu products brings instant benefits and some other people, including myself, have to wait so long to appreciate the purchase.. (I'm referring to the long burn-in).

Hi Piotr,
burn in is not just a case of the device but also of the listener. I remember the first few weeks of the PP: it could sound “harsh” some days/hours, and almost free from nasties the next day / cd. However, from the first moment I could always (!!!) hear that the device was something special. As months flew by, the ”mood swings” disappeared totallly while the magic was unceasingly present:).

Hi, thank you for your post. I was wondering because each time I had a new Furutech rhodium plug installed there was a period when the music was barely listenable, very harsh, before it became really magical, but it doesn't show equally strongly on all kinds of music, it's more listenable with some. I am now burning in a new Nanoflux NCF and I'm definitely in this "ugly" spot, but I know things will get much better. :)

I have the Nanoflux NCF power cable with C19 for my amplifier.
It is a great cable...
I am very disappointed in the first minute because nothing is good.
After one week, very disappointed too...
I receive Hijiri Nagomi for my preamplifer antd then...Bingo !!! Great sound...
So wait and be patient...

Give it a month of continuous use and you will be even more impressed. It will loosen up and then show its real quality. The PP is simply the Top. Congrats!:)
Hello everybody,
I have connected my amplifier directly to the Furutech PP6...
Sorry to say : it's smoked the Isotek Titan Evo 3 too....

The sound is very natural and smooth with Melody Gardot, but can be very impressive th Daft Punkt...
But the voice of Whitney Houston has a lot of emotion with the song I will always love you...

I need a second Furutech PP6...What a pity to try it...!!!!

I am very happy to have bought this Pure Power 6E NCF.

So, after test it instead my Isotek Nova GII ( 4000 euros ), I have told you that Pure Power 6E NCF smoked the combination Isotek Titan Evo3 ( now 4000 euros too) + Isotek Nova GII.
What is connected for the first test ?
All sources are connected with the Nova GII + Isotek Titan Evo3 ( The two Isotek are connected each other : it is the advice from Isotek )
Only the amplifier is connected with the Isotek Titan.

All sources are connected with the Pure Power 6E NCF.
Only the amplifier is connected with the Isotek Titan.

I have better bass. I have a better sound stage. The instruments are well defined. They are well positioned. The voices are pleasant to listen to. The music is there. It's really cool.

What is connected for the second test ?

All sources ( only the tuner stayed with the Isotek ) are connected with the Pure Power 6E NCF.
The amplifier is connected with the Pure Power 6E NCF too.

I have gained dynamics and the bass is deeper and faster. I have much more bass with this combination than with the previous ones. It exceeds my expectations. Frankly, I didn't think that processing the mains just a simple power strip could bring so much musicality to the system.
The voices are more natural, the saxophone is real.
The female voices are sublime.

With this Furutech Pure Power 6E NCF I can say I have another system.

On movies, I am too much in the mood of the movie and in the action.
This is surprising.

The Clear Line brings an obvious gain on the image.
On the sound, I have a doubt.

Hallo, congratulations on your purchase!! Let us know if there any changes in the sound since you install the distributor.

Has anyone compared the Pure Power 6 with other top-end offerings from other brands like Shunyata Everest, Synergistic Research or Torus?

After having tried and bought the PP 6 NCF, I felt no need whatsoever to look any further.

That's fair and I am glad you enjoy your unit so much. Just makes me curious regarding the unfiltered power design that the pp6 has vs high-end power 'filters'.

The PP is 100% passive which is extremely important but it dóes filter out all the nasties. Good luck on your quest :)

Hello, I have a good advice for you.
Don't try this Furutech!
You try it, you buy it....
Isotek is good, PP6 is better than my Isotek....in every domain...

Perhaps, contact our moderator SCAudiophile.
He has changed his Isotek for Shunyata...

I'm currently looking at the PP6 and also contemplating the schnerzinger new innovator

Has anyone compared these two?

Tx

Hi,
I am a PP user. Love it. However, if your (power) cables are all Schnerzinger… the New Innovator is probably the best choice. Schnerzinger is a system approach.

From today I'm a PP user too thanks to you lol

I moved from Isotek on sources and preamp, still keeping the recently bought Titan evo5 on power amps and not daring to try amps too on PP, yet

I can't understand why there are so many conditioners and filters out there when such a simple design is so much better and none is following the design principle???

I don't know the Isotek Titan Evo 5.
I have the Isotek Titan Evo 3.
The Pure Power 6 NCF smokes easily the combo Isotek.
If you will connect your amplifiers to the Pure Power 6 NCF, you will say : goodbye Isotek...

Congrats Rawlit and the poster above is right: connect your amps to the PP6ncf and be wowed again:D!
some nice addition to all the praise of the PP (and V1): https://soundrebels.com/furutech-project-v1-pure-power-6-ncf-english-ver/
I have to agree with everything stated in this review. My power exists of the PP6NCF and three V1s:)
