I have patented an audio cable, for anything that has a sine wave travel its path

Keith, here you go. You could not ask for a better opportunity. Don't mess it up, and good luck. If you can make Shunyata cables even better then you deserve a medal.

I would jump on that if I was legit with my claims...talk about a golden and generous opportunity from a major cable mfgr. I remain skeptical with regard to the op's claims.

It started with me being civil and insulted for not stepping up to please your members. I said, someone step up in the bay area come to me house, and
simply report back what you have heard, If nobody wants to do that, I could care less.
Hello keithr. While your post may have started out civil, the dodging of completely legitimate questions raises a flag. When asked something as simple as a patent number, your response may have been cordial but it was like getting an answer from a politician. In other words, we got fluff with no answer and no substance.

I am reluctant to provide a patent number because it is none of your business and it would simply provide fodder for many people to try and do something similar.
As you know, a patent is public and protected.

I've had many people try to steal it, virtually every association I've had since I first made these cables by hand, people wanting me to give them samples so they could send it to China, ho ho ho, like I was ever going to let it out of my sight.
If you are never going to let it out of your sight, then you are advertising on a website where this is against the Terms of Service.

Be forewarned, trolls are not acceptable here at the WBF. The TOS are strictly adhered too when a disruption of the forum occurs. You, sir are dangerously close to doing exactly that. If you want someone to volunteer to listen to your cables and offer an unbiased evaluation, Caelin Gabriel or I will be happy to do so but do NOT expect a member of a worldwide forum to bow down to your demands and come to your place to listen to a set of cables on a system they are unfamiliar with.

Your choice. Either talk about your design, offer said cables to members for evaluation or consider this advertising which is against the Terms of Service of this forum. Looking at the TOS, you are in violation of rules 15, 12 and possibly 3. The TOS can be found here http://www.whatsbestforum.com/showthread.php?1207-Terms-Of-Service Please review them before responding again.

I have been paranoid for many years, one bad experience after another, I was prepared to take my discovery to the grave, rather than give it away.
So basically, I use gauges of wire too small to be seen with the naked eye. I have never read the tos of any forum figuring that I would probably never
violate any rules with my actions.
the wire that I have listened to was 0.00049 inches in diameter or 1,283,000 feet to the pound.
the diameter controls the nature and path of the sine wave, if I am not welcome, so be it. I have been traveling a lonely road all my life. If not wanting to
send samples to all its members is a violation of some sort, please advise

Here is Keith's patent: https://www.google.com/patents/US75...a=X&ei=ZevRUsfLH8rnoASR6YLgCA&ved=0CDkQ6AEwAA

Have not read it. Seeing how that part of his statement is real, let's be more cordial to him please.

Thank you Amir. I did read the patent and really don't want to comment on it further other than to say that I fail to see the novelty of the patent. As some have already said Mapleshade has been making very fine wire cables for many years. We experimented with very fine wire designs about ten years ago. We still have 44 AWG gold plated wire on spools in the warehouse.

Keith, good luck to you. I apologize for any hint that you may not have a patent. I wish you well. If Monster has made you an offer, I would take it.

I read the patent from the link that Amir provided and I can honestly say I never realized the threshold for being granted a patent was that low. It read like an audio advertisement with much of the rhetoric duplicated throughout the paper.

Caelin,

It would take forever to sell a single spool, but maybe someone should try that 44 AWG wire on a tonearm.

...just a thought

You should have read and adhered to them here. With that said, thread closed.
