Unfortunately your purchase coincided with the change of server on our website and as such we do not have an email or website. As you can understand, this is a situation that we are unhappy with and that creates enormous inconvenience but that is beyond our control, and we hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
The shipment of your equipment is underway, for more details you can speak to Raquel Almeida who is aware of the process and as far as I know has provided all the information you request by phone.

Update:for $13k. Based on recommendations from this forum. I'll never purchase outside the US. Ever!
Received notification from DHL that my package is on its way Ajasom. Not sure if their website is operational/email server updated but everything seems to be going to plan.
