They have slightly different characteristics as the Go Blu is predominantly a Bluetooth product, but sure, they can be used in a car environment.
It is also worth mentioning that using headphones while driving may be a tad bit dangerous.

The Go Blu is a bluetooth device, so I am assuming you are asking about the hip-dac.
To connect the hip-dac you would need a Lightning to USB Camera Adapter (Apple) or USB On-The-Go (OTG) cable (Android). Are you Apple enthusiast then?

No. I am android. My neice is Apple.

I tend to alternate between the two. Apple has its many advantages, but iOS won't support LDAC on Bluetooth. That is the one thing that differs these two systems.
