Strictly HT. I really don't care for MC with music (sans concert videos). I only use 2-channel for music..

Editing earlier post where I indicated I down mix MC using the Oppo. I completely mis-spoke. I run the Oppo using DSD for SACD. So in that case, SACD's must have a 2-channel track for 2-channel playback. Using DSD, there is no 'down mixing' performed in the Oppo with a multi-channel track. The FR and FL will only playback the FR & FL multi-channel information. Even on the its dedicated 2-channel outputs.

Jonathan told me they are backordered about 6mo. out. For this kind of green, a plane ticket to a room that's properly set up isn't out of the question.

They should be here this week. They will be the main monitoring system in the mastering foom.

Attention to detail is amazing and the result is some of the best sound reproduction I've ever heard. The Evolution Acoustics speakers are spectacular driven by the Pass Labs amps. I'll side step the issue of best sound at the show for now. I had the oppurtunity to hear this system at RMAF(and meet Bruce). Judging by the number of times I went back to just listen, This was clearly my favorite.
