Greetings, everyone!

We are excited to announce our partnership with KBL Sound to bring their exceptional cables to the North American market. While KBL Sound is currently best known for their outstanding XDMI link—designed for use between the statement DACs from LampizatOr and the server from Taiko Audio—they offer a full range of cables that are equally remarkable.

We are in the process of finalizing the logistics for this tour, but initially, we would like to make several cables available for audition within the U.S. (as we work through tariff considerations for Canada). Additionally, to introduce KBL Sound to this market, we are offering an exclusive 20% introductory discount on new cables for a limited time.

For the cable tour, I am considering the following offerings (though I welcome any suggestions):
  • KBL Sound Extrema USB
  • KBL Sound Extrema XLRs
  • KBL Sound Himalaya 2 Pro P.C.
I may also include some more affordable options, such as:
  • KBL Sound Prism USB
  • KBL Sound Red Corona XLR
To participate, I envision requiring a fully refundable deposit, allowing each participant to experience the cables in their system for one to two weeks. The only cost involved would be shipping to the next person on the list.

This post is to gauge the level of interest among WBF members. I would love to hear your thoughts or suggestions as we finalize the details.

Best,

Fred A.

Congratulations on representing this new cable line from Poland. They do indeed appear to be nicely crafted. I wonder if the copper top theme was Lukaz's inspiration.

I wish you and Rob every success!

Fantastic idea, Fred. I have done this elsewhere (on a different forum) but the responses were eye opening for many. Different cables, of course...

Best wishes for you on this.

Tom

An excellent way to introduce the KBL brand in NA in my opinion. To start with, I’d choose to try the power cables in my system. I’m interested in comparing Himalaya Pro 2 and EXtrema Power to the PCs I’m now using.
Wish you all the best in this new initiative.

And we are off. The first cables on this tour are on the move and should hopefully generate some feedback here shortly.

Opabin, we'd be happy to get you into the tour. Presently we have the Himalaya Pro 2 on hand, but I'm not sure we have Exterma PCs; I may need to order one for the tour.
