So far I've been quite impressed with the perceived fit and finish.Audio Hungary makes some fine equipment.
My oh my, both my X200's has the tube type silk screened, that seems a bit odd. Guess you need to keep the manual handy. I have been a customer for a number of years,So far I've been quite impressed with the perceived fit and finish.
One thing I would comment on is the opportunity for them to silk screen the tube types on top of the 4 small tube sockets in the front as two are one type of tube and two are another. It's very east to almost put the wrong tube in the wrong socket and I'm sure if someone didn't bother to check the manual they will do that.
Thankfully I had checked first so I didn't make that mistake.
But it definitely looks and feels more premium than other amps in the same price range. They've been around since the 1940's and it's clear they know what they are doing.
It's burning in now and I'm going to give it 150 hours before I even bother to try and listen to it.
Beautiful…….
