Sorry, dont wanna highjack this thread here. But certain tubes have complete different specs how they need to be tested, like warm-up phase etc and therefore any kind of tube measuring systems are far way more accurate. Of course for testing tubes onces every year it is fine to use basic tester, but many of good vintage ones are expensive and if you are not an electricians I'd be very careful..especially high power tubes like 211, 805a etc. My roetester v11 was build by an experienced tube nerd and costs €2k and should be worhwhile by anyone having more expensive tubes...look around, tubes getting redicilous expensive...Sounds like you have great tubes!
I would suggest though with something like the Jackson 648P (stupid simple to use and gives you useful info) or even my military TV-7's, they don't require a radio veteran to use them properly nor derive extremely useful info.
I'm amazed at how accurate my Jackson is with its simple "good or bad" scale when compared to the TV-7.
