Why is this “Bugatti” speaker any different from the other Tidal speakers in the same price range (except for the B badge on it and different look)?

Tidal applied other casu quo new techniques and I believe the Bugatti is an active loudspeaker. The ‘regular’ Tidal loudspeakers are not active. According to Jorn the Bugatti range is (even) better sounding than his ‘regular’ Tidal loudspeaker line.
