Need to advise for fixing woofer.

It sounds like your voice coil( copper coil ) has come loose and scratches the magnet.
This happens when the coil has become to hot thus melting the glue .
You can check this with the system switched off , push the woofer back gently with 2 hands and if you hear a scratching noise you know this is the case .
If it is it needs to be repaired or buy a new woofer
