And after the commercials at the half time break the topic is LeBron adding to his legacy as they replayed the shot as if it were a 5 pointer coming from the other end of the court.
Stephen A and Perk had lots to say. Perk wants a statue outside the Crypto.com arena because of all of his milestones that happened while in a Lakers uniform. All this will be told at contract decisions in the off season......
Denver goes on a 9-0 run with 2 minutes left in the game. Lakers played a very good game but Jokic, Murray and Porter are exceptional players. Porter was 5-5 on 3 pointers
Final Nuggets 124--114

I was even more surprised watching it They okayed a strong half and crumbled in the third onlyvgi crawl back in it with 3 minutes in the game and a 9-0 run by the Nuggets
Jokic gets more and more amazing each game. He was not a no. 1 draft pick but rather a 2nd round 41st pick 10 years ago but he has polished his game in the last 5 or so years into becoming the best player in the NBA today, according to Bob Myers of ESPN. Stephen A was blasting Anthony Davis in the same show for coming up very short of Jokic's output but although he has the height, he doesn't have the body to stop Jokic. Actually no one has both body and height to control Jokic except Embiid but we all know he just underwent a knee surgery and is doubtful for the rest of the season. I also would like to make a comment on Jamaal Murray's clutch role. That late game iso that turned into 2 points after he made a shot over a second defender is pure clutch. There was also a mention by Perkins that the Jokic/Murray tandem is the best duo in the NBA today. No argument there. Denver will be a huge roadblock for any team to topple them , in the West, and then of course in the Finals with any Eastern top team. That I can see clearly. The experience of the core from last year's finals is very valuable, and Malone is a great motivator of a coach. Porter has how risen to what he is capable of, and Gordon is a very formidable power forward. Somehow, Malone is able to carve up a good bench crew in Watson, Reggie Jackson , Braun and Justin Holiday, the younger brother of Jrue. Have to commend the Nuggets organization for a great job so far. I don't really feel that the title is Boston's to lose, it is the Nuggets.
well there are fays when a team just doesn't show up and they get eaten alive by the other team. Case in point at the Boston Gardens in the 3rd , the Celtics have a slim lead of 104-59 . As Jack said the Warriors are a great 3 period team is I would have to say that this one is in the refrigerator and Boston will have an 11 game win streak going. Celtics are truly untouchable

For the Celtics, everything from everywhere by everyone fell in and for the Warriors, it was exactly the other way around: nothing from noone fell from anywhere
Even Steph threw one brick after another with even some airballs

Stumbled into this clip. Kareem was my boyhood idol, due to his height and sky hooks. I called his presence in the court 'menacing' which his long arms, shotblocking and the sky hook was a 'money shot'. When he left for LA from the Bucks, naturally I had to take off my 'fan cap' since he was playing against my team. But after he retired, the aura of him as a really great player came back. And here , he spoke with true humility amidst his achievements in his career, among which is 6 NBA titles.
For like 30+ years after he retired, I never heard him talk about his scoring the most points in the NBA. For those who underrate him, they might not even know he has 6 titles. Almost had 2 with the Bucks, which would have given him 7 rings.
