Bucks were NBA champions only 3 years ago. That tells me a lot.Celtics are unstoppable as they win their 10th in a row but the Bucks seem to have found their new direction and have a 5 game win streak going.
To me now I feel this is going to come down to the Celtics vs the Bucks for the EC finals although the Cavs cannot be ignored
FWIW Giannis dropped 46 last night and he is energized
I believe the Cavs are serious contenders but in the end I see the finals in the East between Celtics and Bucks. As much as I cannot stand Doc as a coach, the team is energized now and Giannis is playing like an MVP. That series can easily go 7 games. I still believe it is the Celtics to lose but the Bucks cannot be ignored and the Sixers are in free fall without EmbiidBucks were NBA champions only 3 years ago. That tells me a lot.
I heard that Tatum's name is fifth ranked.what amazes me about the Celtics is that not only do they continue to win, but they have great team chemistry. I think only once or twice this year did I hear Tatum's name mentioned as being in the KIA MVP ladder. it seems the MVP always comes down to players like Jokic, Embiid and Giannis
on and off but not on a regular basis....and FWIW and as great as Tatum is I do't believe he or anyone on the Celtics will earn the MVP awardI heard that Tatum's name is fifth ranked.
Tatum and Brown has been there for around 5-6 years. That is usually the time for maturing into the next level - greatness, bout only if a title is attached. So far they have been to many ECFs and 1 Finals, and still so close but no cigar. Unicorn is a key helper here, in the mold of Pau Gasol. It's hard to imagine Kobe winning 2 titles without Gasol in that era after they dumped Shaq. And even more important, Unicorn must stay healthy towards the playoff grind. Come to think of it, I'm now ok with him sniping 3 balls on catch and shoot rather than him doing aggressive daredevil lunges on both ends.on and off but not on a regular basis....and FWIW and as great as Tatum is I do't believe he or anyone on the Celtics will earn the MVP award
*SMH*well today is the day and its even going to happen at crypto.com where today Lakers host the Nuggs and LeBron just needs 9 points. Let's take bets as to what is going to happen when he reaches this milestone but really does anyone care. Bring home the ring and then let's talk about his legacy. I'm sure the lights will dim. balloons and confetti might fall and then the game is stopped as Jeannie and Pelinka come onto the floor for big hugs and kisses followed by the commish who loves to make presentations
Dead on analysis But I would also say that Pau would never have won those two rings without Kobe. In fact it was Kobe that made Pau’s legacy.Tatum and Brown has been there for around 5-6 years.
