New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

maybe but more likely he fills the arena and sells merch. Makes the Buss family a lot of money
I believe this is exactly the point.
Nothing more and nothing less

This week's power rankings are interesting as Celtics are 1st but Wolves, OKC, Nuggets and Clippers are next before we see the Cavs

Does this suggest the power indeed still lies in the West.

I was somewhat surprised to see Phoenix in the top 10

Power Rankings, Week 19: Nuggets, Bucks starting to make their move

Boston maintains its lead at No. 1 while Oklahoma City, Denver and Milwaukee are among the teams climbing this week

A great summary. of the present Doc Rivers saga.....

Dame, Giannis and lessons from the Ben Simmons saga: Inside Doc Rivers' first month with the Bucks

this sums it up well....

Rivers' prediction turned out to be prudent. Eleven games into his Bucks tenure, Rivers is 4-7, matching the worst start through 11 games of his 25-year coaching career. Milwaukee was 30-13 on the day they fired Adrian Griffin, moving on from their first-year coach despite a gaudy record because general manager Jon Horst said he believed the team needed a coach with a championship pedigree.

"Then the first day ... man, I felt like I was at home again. I didn't know that. I just felt normal. Good. I felt full. You've got to be full when you're working and I felt full."

I guess Horst couldn't hire back Budenholzer. He's a coach with championship pedigree too. :D
And funny thing is coach Bud is still being paid by the Bucks through 2025. The Bucks are now paying 3 head coaches, including Griffin.

LeBron James is mocking a mock draft.

The NBA's all-time leading scorer came to the defense of his son Monday after ESPN removed Bronny James from its 2024 NBA mock draft. ESPN, which in its first 2024 mock draft had James projected as a top-10 pick, now expects the USC freshman to be drafted in the second round of the 2025 draft.

How about 'following' Bronny to the G-League. :D

and speaking of LeBron..........

Who will be next face of the NBA?

With players like LeBron James and Stephen Curry winding down, who will take over as the face of the NBA?

the whispers in LaLa Land is the next face of the NBA is some soon to be drafted wannabe called "Bronny"

the Lakers just can't admit they are an over the hill team in great decline as they look for excuses for their losses........

Frustrated Lakers believe fouls not being called equally

The actual answer is Anthony Edwards and it's not close... imho... and I'm a Knicks fan with no love for T'wolves - just recognize greatness when I see it.

I think we will have to agree to disagree. Definitely a great player but not one as I see to be the new face of the NBA

Stephen A calls a spade a spade.

Bucks on 3 game win streak, if they keep going, they're certainly a threat to the Celtics.

Not even close Phil. Celtics won again tonight.

I think Bucks will indeed improve and be a challenge to Cavs but not Celtics

But this has to be seen. Plays like this happen a few times a year....usually by Steph

Max Strus hits buzzer-beater from beyond half court for wild Cavs win

Buzzer beaters to me are similar to a walk off home run

What a shot. The era of the half court shot certainly is here.

Maybe Silver should have a 4 point shot from outside half court and then a 5 pointer from the opposite baseline

It should be the case. 5 point lead erased with 2 seconds left in the game. It's hoopla at its best, courtesy of Silver.
