New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

I have to admit that at the beginning of the season I had little if any hope that the Lakers would be entertaing this year let alone competitive. This plus the fact I’m not a LeBron fan. Tonight however on a back to back with a win yesterday against the Spurs the old man again carried the Lakers on his shoulder and overcame a 10 point deficit to beat the Pels 104-99 as they go up 9-4 on the season

I rarely comment about rookies around teams league as the league has such great balance amongst all teams but I have to admit that as a Lakers life time fan card holder I am amazed at the play of Dalton Knecht who has dazzled in his last several games and is now ranked 3rd in the KIA rookie ladder....deservedly so IMHO.

Lakers 6 game winning streak broke last night on a game that they had in the bag.....playing Orlando who were beaten the night before by the Clippers. Lakers were rested and the Magic wasn't. Lakers as always build big leads only to squander them and last night was no exception as they had a 10 point lead going into the final minute of play. Orlando on a pair of 3's close to within 3 points and LeBron is fouled with under 30 seconds in the game. If he made both the game was over. As always he missed the first and made the second andMagic then foul AD who misses both free throws. Magic take the ball on. the last play of the game and with 2.1 seconds left Wagner sinks a long 3 to beat the Lakers 119-118. LeBron and AD played great games but they continue to stink out at the FT line. Game are won and lost there. Thats why they call it FREE throws. There was no excuse to have lost that game LeBron sinks 300 and as always pumps his arms to show the crowd how great he is but at the end he and AD lost the game at the line to a very young and very talented Orlando team playing without their super star

How about that.
Dennis Schröder was traded from the lowly NETs where he played excellent of late to the Warriors

I liked Schröder in every of the many teams he played quite a lot.

I think he might be a valuable addition to the Warriors, helping relief 36yo Steph from doing all the ballhandling and creating his shot by himself, when Schröder can bring the ball, Steph can already wait at a great spot for his famous threes, without a pulse of 180 :D

I hope the Knicks stay healthy and they dont get driven into the ground by being overplayed. They are coming. Im surprised Pacers havent risen where I expected them to be
That is always a risk with coach Thibodeau

Thibs is notorious for this and that was why I said that
They are good but I really think they will revert to their mean... not a top 3 team in the east IMHO
well 20 treys last night from Donovan tells me that as long as he is healthy the Cavs are IMO a very serious contender.....they killed the Bucks 124-101
