New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

I like D'Antoni, too and wish him well.

However, hard to hope for anything good for a team with James Harden and Dwight Howard.

I actually think the games with OKC were wake up calls for the GSW. They were exposed on the offensive boards.

Agreed, and defensive boards too. And this is why, along with the fact that GSW will always out-outside shoot you, trying to play small against them is nuts. Kanter/Adams hurt GSW, but were notably absent in second half of Game 7.

You right, I should have said "on the boards". OKC hurt them on both sides. They can't afford that with the Cavs (any Finals-worthy NBA team as a matter of fact) and know it. Furthermore, Draymond Green needs to keep his temper in check, play to his level and the bigs (Gortat, Ezeli) must play a lot better, get the rebounds and score a few points. As for the bench, Barnes et all must get out of their funk/slump... else it could be a long series .. I still believe they (GSW) will win in 6.

Agreed on all counts, 6 included. By Gortat I think you mean Bogut.

Surprised to see the Cavs as fan favorites in any poll outside of Cleveland.

I have a hard time liking the Cavs starting w/the 'Decision', and each of the three stars having their whiny, selfish outbursts. The Warriors actually seem to enjoy playing a game -- what a thing, huh?

I think D'Antoni's style of play at the time he was with Lakers shortened Kobe's health in the final years. He drove the team into the ground. It worked in Phoenix. I agree about Houston and being uncoachable

Steve --

Yeah, can see how his style is the last thing a guy needs later in his career.

Who do you like for the series?

Is it me or many of LBJ move to the basket should be called fouls? Shoulder to chest? All the times and never a call? Something is very wrong there? Anyone to educate me on BBball intricacies?

Just when the Cavs catch them at 63-63 the Warriors go big and now lead 96-76 and the bench is double digits in scoring but to Curry or Thompson

An explosive team that does it so effortlessly

Its the Cavs that look tired wheres the Warriors are running circles around rthem

The Warriors Bench came through tonight, 45-9. Big big factor. Splash Brothers not having a good night but when they need a clutch basket, each one shot a trey in the closing minutes. This is some team.

It looks like the Cavs used the Korver formula. Too bad for them that he Dubs are not the Hawks.

When the Brazilian Blur scores a few buckets that's usually a bad sign for the opposing teams. :D
