Batum and Reggie missed those open shots. And Lou, maybe still craving for chicken wings. He can't even make lay-ups.Close but no cigar
Thanks. Smart is on the injured list. So let's see if some rookie guard steps up. Warriors still a strong team but I hope the 2 J's score 60 points.Go Celtics in the next game on TNT
Mike, I think 2 to 3 weeks. His knee got bumped.Phil, how log will Smart be out?
Good win though I didn't expect it. Kemba is slowly getting out of his slump and that's quite important for him to be part of the big 3 scoring options.Celtics win 111-107
If they go into (double) OT, that should be feasibleThe score should net 300 points, no pun intended.
Same here.Good win though I didn't expect it. Kemba is slowly getting out of his slump and that's quite important for him to be part of the big 3 scoring options.
I'm boggled about the Mavs too, Steve. Porzingis is on and off, and literally on and off the games, rest, injuries, whatever. That leaves Luka alone to figure out what goes on, and there is no other 'star' that I recognized in their roster other than Tim Hardaway Jr.In the West I am still dumbfounded as to how the Mavs are doing so poorly. I thought they would be further up in the standings but they have been a bust this year even with a healthy Luka
It's not an unlikely prediction and if so there aren't many in the west who can compete in a 7 game series with them·

is CERTAIN the Nets will be in the NBA Finals. "They are coasting! They're coming out of the East, they're going to the NBA Finals!"
Is it only my personal impression of Kawhi that lately he isn't the invincible weapon anymore that he used to be?Clippers wrap up their 6 game road trip with a win and come home to play the Celtics on Friday
Well. his 3 points shots (which he likes to take contested or not - just like Tatum) have not been falling. There are some 'forced' shots too, so he isn't as lethal as he was in the Spurs years, which was really impressive in the title year of the Spurs, and maybe with the Raptors he just made enough shots with great help from Lowry, Van Vleet, Siakam. Those guys rose to the occasion unlike PG, Harrell and Lou. As I mentioned before, he needs a reboot. Is it only my personal impression of Kawhi that lately he isn't the invincible weapon anymore that he used to be?
I mean he can still score points at will but he doesn't (at least for me) look as effortless and irresistible as he was before...
