New Pilium Gear!!!!

My Pilium Alexander, Achilles and Elektra should be arriving within the next few weeks. Looking forward to first impressions.
Congrats, you will be a very happy camper!!! My experience is even after about 25 hours of playing time, you forget all about "breaking in". It gets better at 100 hours, but after 25 hours, it's a WOW!!!

Congrats!
Heard great things about Pilium from my dealer. He’ll be importing Alexander/Hercules, as well the AudioNet Stern/Heisenberg combo. Hope he’ll offer a listen prior delivery to customers.
From the OP's write-up, this is very much how I'd describe the Stern / Heisenberg sound.

The distributor in my country has the Leonidas and Elektra, i will try to go audition this combo when lockdown is over.
I love Stern-Heisenberg combo but am very curious about Pilium pre-power.

Same here, from brief stints whilst on business trip overseas of them, Audionet~at dealer, and Pilium~friend’s system (though not enough time to form firm opinion)—were I to start over, these will be the two brands I’d look at closely.

My dealer will be bringing in the Stern/Heisenberg combo first, so it won’t be an a/b comparison unfortunately.

Yesterday we had two Pilium deliveries to customers. Both systems are in Arctic white and include the Taiko Audio Extreme, Pilium Elektra DAC, the PiliumAlexander Preamp and the Achilles stereo amp. The one system has the Elektra in place with the Alexander pre. The Achilles stereo amp will be put in place today.

My Pilium Gear in Melbourne Australia. I paired with Magico M2. I haven't finished burn in and set up the system completely yet. However, to my personal experience It sound phenomenal after around 50 hours of listening. The system is waiting to be moved into the dedicated music room with acoustic treatment and dedicate powerline.

Have you had a chance to listen to Pilium? Any thought? Thanks.

I owned the system so, has been listening no stop since arrived. It has burn in yet however it sounds phenomenal. It is the best to paired with Magico in my experience.
Thanks

Congrats on the new system! Curious what other electronics have you tried with the Magico that are bested by Pilium?

Pilium Hercules and Magico Q7, does the owner have insurance against possible structural damage? I imagine that as long as he doesn't play that high volume, nothing bad should happen haha. Beautiful system!
That's nothing, Rhapsody will have M9s (1000lbs each) and two additional Hercules mono blocks, total amp weight over 1K lbs:)

With the bass from Pilium and the M9 you will shake your entire building lol. It will probably be one of the best systems in the world! Congrats!

I was told a smaller amplifier will be available- Theseus (200w/8ohms). It is a priced lower than the Iasonas. I am considering this brand in general to drive my Rockports. Seems like a good deal.
