Noise Gate on a streaming software

Hi to everyone. I'm working on a small radio from my town and they have a behringer mixer to control the radio software. The problem is that, it makes an ugly tiny acute noise all the time, as a noise floor, and I wanted to remove it with a noise gate. I've downloaded Noise Gator but it makes no difference.
I'm also using Winamp to stream the music on the radio website (is that a possible noise generator?)
Any ideas?

PD: I'm not using any kind of microphone, it's just there all the time.
