If you are a fan of film noir, you have to check out Perry Mason on HBO. Now in it's second season, and staring Mathew Rhys from the Americans, this origin story is one of the best things on TV.

Not film noir but the Mayor of Kings Town is another one of our favorites.

I've seen The Mayor of Kingstown recommended here quite a few times now, I guess that's all the more reason to give that one a go. Not sure if it falls into the "noir" category, but Ridley Scott's Blade Runner is one of my favorites.
