Playback Designs MPS-X - any user impressions?

wondering if i can sell my Aurender W20se and stream Qobuz directly from my switch using 3rd party app linked to the PD MPS-X (i know manual says yes, but Hi Fi Advise says no).

Have the Edelweiss dac. Love the thing

I think you can connect the MPS-X directly to the internet and use it with JPlay for streaming. You might need another server if you want to use Roon. I'm not certain if that's correct, so I'd be interested in hearing from anyone who already has the MPS-X. Probably best to keep your server until you get the MPS-X and try it both ways. I don't have the MPS-X (yet) and it seems like they are still difficult to find.
