Taking whizzes has always brought more pleasure than tweeting, squawking or woofing. Your discrimination is baseless! ;)

Seriously, I think it is a breath of fresh air for a loudspeaker from one of the hobby's smaller subsets / subcultures to get a plum award like this. Sure there's a lot it can't do but if what it does do, it does exceedingly well, I have no problems with that.

I just don't want it whizzing in my listening room. But I agree with the rest of your statement. I have to wonder, though: How can a speaker be product of the year and yet not be speaker of the year? This is sounding a bit too much like the politics of the Oscars...
