Regards the IQ Ultra version, can someon discripe the improvement of soundquality for the Ultra version?
Is the price of the "gold and silver" inside the Ultra notable? How big is the impovement in %?

The Ultra version is more refined, natural and harmonic sounding where the difference is more than subtle.

May someone had the opportunity to compare (soundvice ) IQ with D804 D4.
I know we talking about hoddogs and banana (8 ohms, B&W mainstream, bass reflex vs open drivers etc.), but still long time happy with my CM1 0 S2.
- My Amp class A/B 150 Watt 8ohm
- Streamer Rose RS151
- lissen to Music. Jazz, 80's Pink Flyod , depeche mode, ACDC, Deep Purple, some classic etc.

In case money is not issue, wich speaker would better fit to my music tast?

Well, these are vastly different designs and companies as you're saying. Mainstream, safe and somewhat traditional vs. boutique, inspiring and somewhat innovative.

You should of course listen to them both and make your own judgement
