THE IO ECLIPSE HAS ARRIVED!!!

View attachment 104138

Jim White and his son and colleague, Ozzy, delivered the beast this evening.

This is not the Io of yore. It is noticeably more, maybe wildly more, transparent and resolving and neutral than I remember my old two-box Io sounding like!
You have such good taste Ron ! Those look so familiar ! ;) E71D8D33-DB84-4C3D-B277-6FB52CE6322B.jpeg

Wow ! They are out of the box, congratulations Ron ! How many workers died erecting those babies ?;) Love that you placed the amplifiers behind the speakers.:) Nothing to distract from the illusions that will be happening there.

No injuries were incurred.

Chad Ellingwood, who moved the crates into the living room, and Joseph Cali's colleagues, Kenny and Jesus, were absolutely wonderful!

That's raises a good question. I could move them in the middle.

Well, after all this time, you have to admit that's what it took to get the speakers finally set up in the room. A miracle?

very happy for you!

Mike

Thank you very, very much, Mike!

Looks great.....perhaps move the rug, that's between the speakers, to the left so that it is centered.... (OCD...-:)

I will. I haven't even picked the miscellaneous wrapping garbage up off the floor yet. :D

Congrats Ron! I like the way you left space for the VTL Seigfried to peek out from behind.
Will there be special lighting?

Wow Ron!! Those are inspiring speakers. Congrats. The final chapter of the book is being written.

Oops..... I forgot we audiophiles never write the final chapter:)
