I think the best way would be to get a van and travel with them. Who would know better how to set them up that you? I bet it would result in more sales.

Provided you make a list of the clients asking for a demo set, set it up, stay with the them for an hour or two, then pack it and back on the road to the next client. Surely, there is a lot of factors to take into account to see whether self-delivery is a viable option, but paradoxically, that could be the most cost-effective one.
