LL21 understand now. Thank you.

I am in Europe ... Boulder is very exotic here. I cannot think where I would be able to hear that (the audio show does not offer critical listening).

Gryphon (Diablo 300) - for my ears, my taste - while dynamic, missing "the edge" and "texture". And last not least, for some reason, I did not have emotional connection to the music, I typically connect with. It was great and beatiful, but not for me.

Audionet Humbolt - I am in contact with dealer, whether they would be able to get for their demo for me.
Totally respect your experiences. I think Audionet sounds very promising. On the Gryphon side, its their Class A where the magic happens. But in the end, you have such great choices, I am sure you will find something spectacular.

Thank you LL21: I do suspect that Gryphon separates would be different. That was my comment to my dealer, they had Diablo 300, spent some quality hours listening and trying. However, Diablo did not encouraged me to explore further.
Vitus can be switched to A class only, and my lostening spent 100% time there. Which gives possibility to alter slightly based on the music type.

totally agree. There is no wrong choice, only taste preference. Which the selection makes a bit difficult for me.

One of my experience with my listening (for me) with high price tags. I would wish to have two, three complete systems. To fill my mood, type of the music. I cannot find system which would cover all. I know it is obvious to you all. For me is a discovery, and a surprise. I though that higher I will go, the sound will get better. In fact, it does get better, but with showing more differencies and all always it is not ideal. It is proce of the resolution and matching for the music. For example, Gryphon, solo piano was just blast. Just pure beauty.

From your sonic preferences, Vitus nor Gryphon is the right amp. I’d be looking to Soulution, CH, in Europe. Both make “super” integrateds if you want to go in that direction.

Thank you.
Right, Soulution and CH are based in Europe/CH. I know dealer with Soulution (I guess we talk about 530 integrated or 5 range separates), CH is abroad only. I will talk to dealer about Soulution, I did not consider them in my selection, initially.

Another suggestion would be Riviera - stunning harmonics and very quick too. If something with edge and texture is important, then this might work

I'm in the same, exact frame of mind as you right now. I don't know if O should start my own thread so I don't hijack yours or throw in with you as we're probably noy so uncommon as many audiophiles.

I do not mind if you use this thread. For other people, it will be easier to read one thread. I heard yeasterday SIA 030 again. And, man , choice is not simple. The best choice to have two rooms with different systems.I do like both sounds, and clearly depends on my mood and music of the choice.

Some choices are not easy period.
As an 030 owner I am obviously biased to some extent.
I preferred the 030 sound to that of the T+A HV amp, but but personal taste varies. |The Vitus amps appear to be holding their value better than the T+A which is probably a mixture of taste, reputation and build quality, but the latter two factors shouldn't be ignored whichever you ultimately choose

Completely agree regarding the Diablo 300, i've owned it during a full year and it just didn't work for me and my speakers.
Bad decision on my part as i was not able to demo it in my system before purchase.
I now own the SIA-025 Mk2 and this is a different story, my dealer let me demo it in my system during 2 weeks before making a decision.
I'm really happy with this purchase, this class A goodness for my speakers is heaven.
