Sforzato DSP−010EX2 Help

Hi .
need some help with my sfz dsp=010ex dac.
stuggling to find any info online ,and also couldn't find the contact details of sfz aswell..
im trying to connect it via usb into my pc for usb dac but its just not connecting or showing any
device in my pc , driver installed but still no luck .

if any one got the same unit and know what im doing wrong , please help.
or any one got the email of the sfz ,would be great ,
