I've always wanted to try an SPU cartridge, but I don't know which extra counterweight to use for my arm. Should I use the 64 gram or 77 gram additional counterweight. Any help will be very appreciative as I have to either find one on the used market or have one made.

You need to use additional counterweight.

Try it and see. If you own both weights and don't have enough with the smaller use the heavier one.

3010-R only comes with 66 gram counterweight, that's the one you use.

Thank you David. Thats what I thought, but unfortunately mine was lost somehow when I took my system totally apart to renovate my room. I have to buy A new one.

You can get a counterweight from SME.

In case they can't deliver it , you can try seller father1975 from eBay. He got me some NOS SME pieces in the past, payment was much easier to do than with SME.
