Last evening we were having a difficult time finding anything to watch and came across “Staged” with David Tennant and Michael Sheen. The premise is that during Covid two actors whose West End play is halted are convinced by the director to carry on rehearsing online using. It takes about an episode or two to get the story going but then the humor at times is brilliant. You have to be quick but the gag lines keep coming.
They are short all less than 30 minutes and just six episodes in season 1. We went right into season 2 and even the premise for that coming out of Covid started of pretty funny.
i won’t tell you who some of the guest stars who pop in as themselves are but they don’t disappoint.
