Studer A80 15/30 CCIR Repro resistor values?

Does anyone know the resistor values for the CCIR repro eq card (1.080.927) for the Studer A80? I believe that there is a 68K, 470K, and 10K? I've not been able to find any documentation to verify. I'm going to try and build my own cards and would like to make sure.

The resistor that connects terminals 1 and 2 is 820 ohms, the resistor that connects terminals 2 and 5 is 680k ohms and the resistor that connects terminals 5 and 8 is 470k ohms.
