Super3 - a supercapacitor LPS, by Farad Power Supplies

Ah that is great timing! And you are mentioning a very important point that I didn't mention previously! Over the years I tested the Super3 with various fuses (I did also the furutech inlet upgrade) and several power cords. Both have a noticeable impact on the audio performance. But the better the fuse, things get really costly. So with the new Super6 you get the a thermal magnetic circuit breaker (TMCB) which alone outperforms fuses costing 4-digit amounts. The Super6 will boost your NAS performance to new heights. (Try to get a NAS with no fan & HDDs, which further reduces noise in the audio chain)

Yes I went from a long serving 4 bay QNAP with HDD's, to a fanless QNAP with 2x Samsung SSD drives. This change alone made an audible improvement and upgrade.

The move to TMCB is kind of exciting as a few audiophile manufacturers are starting to catch on. As you say, to get 4 figure fuse performance build in will really lift the performance.

Great to hear! You will be excited about the Super6 and what it does to your NAS / HiFi performance. Take also care of the DC cable, the new L2 (in copper or silver) and a decent power cord will make it a perfect combo.
