The most transparent speakers in the world

I agree with you - the Crystal Arabesques's are now the second more transparent speakers in the world:

There appears to be no damping insulation inside the cabinets. Otherwise, it looks like a good design that ought to sound neutral from 100Hz on up.

What do you think the glass in the Perfect8 speakers might be? There's a pair in my living room right now, and they're simply divine. It seems to me that their dipole technology has a lot to do with the results; the room seems to be much less involved, and the speakers disappear. This is when listening to Pandora's Hawaiian music channel.

The glass is from a German foundry, and has a slight green tint to it.

Now, when you put on high-resolution material... :)

BTW if you read their White Paper, the glass/driver assembly has almost no resonance to it compared to more conventional arrangements.
