I prepaid also and have yet to receive any of Series 3 tapes. I'm probably around subscriber #100 or so. But it's been close to five months since Doc announced that the first release from series 3 and I'm wondering why it's taken so long. Even if they only made 1 tape a day, I should have gotten my tape by now!
The Tape Project has always been slow to send tapes as everyone has stated, however they do complete their orders.
Also, I have never had a problem with the quality of a Tape Project tape, so if it takes some time to do it right, oh well.
I have known these Gentlemen and Eileen for years, I say they are good folks.
Paul Stubblebine and his wife have been to visit my store, Paul has also conducted seminars on R2R for a packed house in my store.
I sat with Paul Stubblebine for a couple of hours listening to tapes at THE Show Newport in June, always a pleasure. Paul says he is busily working on the line up for Season 4, says he is close on some exciting titles that should surprise everyone. As always Paul will never let out what they are issuing till the ink is dry on the contract, so I have no info on that.
However, here is some news from Piper on the Season Three tapes in this video done by Peter Breuninger (AV Showrooms.com) at the California Audio Show 2012, way at the end of the tape Peter interviews Piper. She indicates that thay are working now on getting out the Season 3 titles. Nice bit of info, thanks Peter!
(Look to the end of the video for Piper at about 5:03).
