USB cable recommended?

Has anyone tried the WireWorld Platinum usb? Or perhaps the AudioQuest Diamond usb?
Fairly pricey but based on the improvement with the Pangea it may be worth it.

Tried several USB’s a couple of years ago. The Wireworld & AQDiamond were in that group. For me, I kept going back to the Diamond. That’s what I have now.

I found Pink Faun, Muon2 and STEALTH Double Tune outperform the AQ Diamond. And the difference is not subtle. The cost too.

I ended up using the WW Platinum 8 usb. To me, it is the most impressive.

Ozzzy I haven't tried the WW Platinum 8 but I do like the WW cables in general. I couldn't claim them as a What's Best but I find them a do no harm type of cable as far as interconnects and speaker wires.

I am more of a vinyl guy but I do pay attention to my digital stream. Presently I am using a WW Starlight 8 as I found it to be better/different than a Nordost Blue Heaven.

Cabling can only take you so far but it's cheaper than an upgrade and hey it's fun to explore. The CAD USB is on my radar. These folks definitely know what they are doing!

Hi, have you ever compared the Muon2 vs Stealth USB cables? I have read that the Intona ultimate seems to be an ouperforming cable - has anybody comparison experience with Muon2 or Stealth?

Yes I own both of them and I like more the STEALTH Double Tune (the one with 2 rings).

Stealth is amazing for sure. Definitely go with the double tube version. The normal tunable version is still fantastic though.

I've also just tried a Signal Projects which is very nice as well. A slightly different presentation style than the Stealth.

I have to thank Michael (Synaxis), actually he inspired me to try the USB Double Tune cable!

I own both.

My PERSONAL preference, in my system I like the Stealth.

You'll need to try for yourself as there are so many variables that could have you come to a different conclusion.

I also just tried Signal Projects USB and had very good luck with that. A different presentation style from Stealth. Feel free to PM if you have questions.

Anyone here ever heard the Hapa Audio Aero Ag (or Cu) USB? I'm gonna try one of these at home in an audition over the weekend. Has been positively reviewed elsewhere (AudioCircle) but as far as I can not mentioned in this thread. MSRP $2299.

I’ve tried a variety of USB and I was impressed enough with AQ Diamond to keep it for 3 years. I read about the Sablon 2020 cable and it turned out to be a clear sonic upgrade that was apparent after a few minutes of auditioning. Two years later I purchased the Sablon EVO. After a week of (necessary) break in I was knocked out by the ramp up of resolution, refinement and engagement that the EVO brought to my system. Next, I plan to evaluate the Network Acoustics USB cable. No doubt, without a hi res USB cable, you’re leaving a lot of performance on the table.

Has anyone compared Stealth to CAD/IIR? Greg Weaver likes Stealth for Ideon.
I've not compared them but I've had a variety of Stealth and other high end USB cables.

The Stealth Double Tune USB cable is outstanding and my current reference.

I had done a couple of videos on the single tune then the double about a year or two ago. There is a noticeable upgrade to the Double Tune.
