What do you think about the Pavaricini 312/M100A?

I have the possibility to buy these Amps for a good price. What do you think about this amps? Newer Amps are better?

I had an 861 EAR amp and has been one of the best amps I have had, to bad it just didn't drive my hungry speakers accordingly.
