One of the best unknown DAC... AM Music DAC/1

The special thing about this DAC is that it has practically no sound of its own. This is both an advantage and a disadvantage. When recordings are good, the musicians are in front of you. Just like my analogue setup with my VDH Gran Cru. If the record is bad... vinyl is much more merciful. We're talking about music playback and not about hi-fi. What I mean by that is that the musicality is preserved when it's on the record. Very close to reality

The DAC is certainly not for everyone. Fans of tube sound are in the wrong place here.
It also requires a lot of care when choosing cables. I use Signal Projects.
