I was using them for quite some time. Though there is a lot to improve. Would recommend you try a Network Acoustics ENO2. Cheaper and better. And if you add the filter to get a steaming system this will compete with the very best cables out there costing a ton more.
Got home today and a pair of these were waiting from my friends at Hi Fi Collective in the UK. Neotech OCC Copper Cat 6 Cable. Initial impressions are . More to come in the next couple of weeks. Also have a pair of the Neotech OCC Silver USB to test over the next few weeks. View attachment 146323
Just got a 3008 copper to try. Really like what I am hearing (and seeing) so far.
Not flexible at all. Neo-tech are obviously using their solid core wiring inside. Probably why it performs so well.
I have not tried enough decent ethernet cables to give any sort of opinion, but for me this is the best so far. For 150 euro (for 2m) it would be hard to beat in that price. Silver is only 315 euro for 2m.
I have a few other not well known brand ethernet cables coming in soon.
DI’ve read many pages of this lengthy topic but not all, so I’m hoping I didn’t miss too much and my response won’t be repetitive.
I’ve just latched onto Blue Jeans Cables for my Ethernet Cables. I like their quality a lot and I like doing business with them because they are so helpful. For instance I just ordered some Iconoclast power cables and Jeff made them to the exact lengths I needed. In one case only 22”. I don’t think there is any other vendor who would do that.
In my case I had Ethernet runs of 80’ and 80’ and 60’ so there was no question of paying fancy audiophile prices. And to be honest, I can’t afford to do the A/B testing required to pick an exotic brand.
I’d be most interested in hearing from others on BJC quality and listenability

From the many posts I’ve read over the years, you have chosen wisely. Their Ethernet cables are a fine choice especially for long lengths where other brands can get prohibitively pricey.
It has been my experience though that the closer we get to our system, the more a better cable matters. So excellent gains can be achieved by stepping things up for the last span that reaches our streamer. In my case, my home came pre-wired with generic CAT5e in the walls, but I got some nice gains by taking better care of the 8m span from the wall jack to my streamer.

I gave in and acquired NeoTech ethernet cables. Replace BJC that I've had for years. Two cables, about $250 delivered. I use NeoTech usb and for a balanced analog signal cable.
This is the product code. Came from the UK distributor, the same one that shipped to @Republicoftexas69
Wireworld have released a similar cable, costs 4 times as much and OFC not OCC.

I have three BJC CAT6a cables that I use in non-critical locations. They sound fine, but I always end up replacing them with something less dark and more resolving. They are very well built.
For a long run like that, you would benefit from a fiber optic break, upstream from the DAC, in your most critical audio chain. I would suggest a pair of 10GTek 1G FMCs, or the TP-Link MC220L, single mode fiber cable and a pair of 10GTek SFPs. The cost is low (under $200) and the payoff large. I could help you with the transition via PM should you wish to proceed.

For that length of run, I would recommend AQ Pearl. It’s very well made and flexible. It’s sold off the reel, but you should be able to find a supplier who will do factory quality terminations (tested) at a nominal charge. Here in the UK, the service is provided by Futureshop.
However, I would agree that fibre is preferable. As it happens, in my house, I run parallel AQ Pearl and fibre. The Pearl is for a wired access point and the fibre for the hi-fi. having two cables means I don’t need a switch. The quality Neotech 1 m copper cables go from the converter to the streamer via a filter. You can get perfectly good filters for $50. I’ve used these for years, but now use a filter/clock unit that costs about $750 people here will sell you a filter/clock for $5000.
This FMC is slightly better build than the TP link, and if you get one like this with an SC input, you don’t need a transceiver at the hi-fi end. This one runs on less power, I think 5 V instead of 9 V, it’s worth getting an ifi power supply for about $70.
That’s what I’ve done here for over 10 years. A central switch near my modem (on a different floor of the house to the hi-fi), 24-port and 2xSFP. My Roon processor, HQ player processor and the music library connected to that switch, with fibre and copper ethernet 25 meter cables to the music room.
