Interestingly enough I picked this up months ago along with
'Bring it Back' Kathryn Russel
Kat's release is significantly better IMHO
Another interesting note
Both have a cover of 'I Cover the Waterfront', which is a song I was not familiar with.

I may be a little late to the party with this one but.......Mark Ronson's Uptown Special album. I just got the regular CD because of the one song, "Uptown Funk". Played that song the other night and was very pleasantly surprised at just how good the sound quality was on that song. Low noise floor (almost non-existent), great dynamics, lots of crescendos, instruments and stereo effects. Very glad I bought this CD and I will listen to the rest of it today whilst working around the house. Worth the money spent on the CD for that one song only IMO. Just great music that is well recorded. Refreshing to say the least.

Bought this at Pacific Northwest Audio Society meeting because of Simon and Anthony, never hear of Hiromi, WOW!!! A virtuoso to be sure. She will be in California and Washington in September, will go and see them without question.
