No, sorry. I would happily try them if there are volunteers!Have you compared any to old stock Tung-Sols, Raytheons or Sylvanias?

Thank you for the kind gesture. Can you provide some details regarding suggested tubes to try? May be i can find them over here...I don’t think you are in the US or I would send you a box.
Thanks! The Tung Sol 5U4G is very nice and not terribly expensive. Like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/1940s-Tung...535232?hash=item1a83ed9540:g:Iz8AAOSw1H1ddnDt
Yes but with more plate voltage you are changing the operating points of the stages... that's the truth! Do you have a schematic of the H3000 that you can observe if the rectifier you are changing can is suited for using it in this design?
Musical regards
I guess I’ll find out.The kr rk 5u4g looks kind if large. Does it fit in the allnic h3000 without modification? I've tried the siemens metal base gz34, mullard 5ar4, Philips 5r4gy, rca 5r4gy, and the gec 5u4g in my allnic h3000. My favorite is the gec 5u4g followed by the rca. The rca seems a little more neutral with more precise image/soundstage but the gec has that magical tube tonality with a deeper and more layered soundstage.
You should get the Acme 274b as well. I just got mine yesterday. It’s up and running. Will post my impressions in the lampi tube rolling thread shortlyI ordered the KR RK 5U4G. The Allnic H3000 I bought has the Tung Sol installed so that will be the only ones I compare. Someday when I'm bored I will order a few more to compare.

Hi. It does. I used to have the KR Lampizator Anniversary and I replaced it by the KR RK without any issue. The KR RK is even better. The kr rk 5u4g looks kind if large. Thanks, Ill leave it on over the weekend, that’ll give it 50+ hours.Usually the bass and Midbass is what is improving with the recti. If it doesn't open up, let me know if you want to sell might have someone interested. Sometimes certain valves are just not a fit with downstream electronics
I only have 20 hours on the RK in my H3000. Very interesting sound, different than the Tung-Sol I have. Sound is airy, big, hyper detailed. Right now it lacks tonality, warmth, decay of instruments and bass. Almost sounds like bad solid state, minus the airiness. I ordered an RCA Double D-getter last night to continue comparisons. Did anyone notice a change after a certain amount of hours with the RK? I’m going to just leave it on over the weekend.
That second tube is just siting there, I took it for scale when I first got it.Your H3000 PSU is different to mine and others, what age is it? You have 2 x tubes, what is the smaller tube? And no tx casing?
