Way plesantly blown away by this!
One of the first lp's I ever bought with my own money. Along with ' The Ventures ' and
' Johnny & the Hurricanes '. Circa mid 60's. Snow shoveling money as snow blowers mostly were just an idea
 
I've been looking at picking this up, and also the Howlin' Wolf one. Impressions?

The music is good. The dynamics are pretty good, but it has that old recording sound, sorta like on 78's, on some of the songs.
Worth listening to, just don't expect it to sound like the Blue Note reissues! The vinyl is very quiet and the packaging is very good. I was surprised that some of his most famous songs were not on the album. All in all, I think it justifies the price.
