What's Spinning Tonight?

This is one incredible incendiary photograph!. These two were never married but you can bet they had one intense relationship throughout their lives. Much to my great sadness, Nelson died 2 days ago in Rio de Janeiro at age 77. You can hear the intimacy and telepathic connection in their playing when they play together. (Salzburg is one of my favorite piano albums). And Freire playing Brahms solo is hard to beat. Legendary giants. But I can't get over that photograph.
Oh I didn’t know that. Thanks for letting us know.

Electric Light Orchestra - Out Of the Blue - 1977 original UK pressing - 2LP. released 44 years ago today. what an great album. Jeff Lynne at his peak as a singer, songwriter, musician and producer. I was lucky to pick up an original UK pressing from Joe @ Audio Connection a few years ago from his personal collection ( RIP) - it even has the in tact space ship cardboard cut out. sounds amazing and craps all over my Aussie pressing.
